Naperville: South Point had it's first drive this past Spring. What a huge success. On the coat tails of the neighborhood garage sale, many people donated generously to the local homeless shelters. Three neighborhood girls pooled there entrepreneurial spirit and warm hearts to sell brownies and cookies to raise money for Simply a Mom. This money was used to buy needed supplies recommended by the shelter and personally delivered to MAKE a Difference. Simply a Mom was created to inspire children to reach out, sometimes with a little work, to those neighbors in need that require a hand up. We are proud to call them Helping Heroes and hope that their example will challenge us all to keep working.
