How to Help Step 1. You and your family can review the who we help page on this website to see the selected shelters in your area and the families they help. Step 2. Register your family on this website to get the up to date schedule and shelter needs information. (optional) Step 3. Take time with your family to review the when to give page and decide which items, both donated and purchased, that you would like to contribute to the shelters by downloading a donation tag. We have included one of each with the newsletter.
Step 4. Email us to confirm your families participation for the next pickup. We will drive through the neighborhood on pickup day, but an email will ensure that we do not miss you! Step 5. Attach the donation tag to your bags, noting the items you have included. This is important for Simple a Mom to help provide the proper Charitable Contribution Tax Credit for your records. This is a big help to distribute your contributions to the correct locations. Step 6. Lastly, Put your donations outside your front door on the scheduled pick-up day before 8:00 am and Simple a Mom will pick up your donations and gladly delivery them to the proper shelter.
