Wayside Cross Ministries
Mission We serve the troubled and needy of the greater Fox Valley area of Illinois. We help the homeless, abused, incarcerated and poverty-stricken experience Christ's unconditional love through our residential programs and outreach initiatives. Since 1928, we have helped thousands to break the cycle of poverty, to be self sufficient, to be healed, and to know Christ.
Simply A Mom found Wayside in the Fall of 2005. The homeless shelters that we are working with have very limited space. When their needs are met and they can not take anymore, we end our deliveries at Wayside Cross Ministries. They have truck to truck unloading (picture above) that makes it easy to end the day. They take everything, clothes, toys, furniture etc and sort it out for their residential programs and outreach initiatives.
